Google details Fitbit and Google Health improvements: 55 features and Health Guardian

Google has added over 55 features and fixes to the Google Health app and Health Coach since launch. Fitbit Air users will get Health Guardian tools with blood pressure and insulin resistance reports under a Premium subscription, while automatic workout detection expands to 100+ activities on Fitbit Air and Pixel Watch 3–5.
