Dayforce to acquire Ribbon AI for agentic recruiting

Dayforce has signed an agreement to acquire Ribbon AI, an AI-native recruiting company whose conversational voice and video AI automates candidate screening. Ribbon has hundreds of customers and over one million completed interviews; its tech will be integrated into Dayforce Agentic Recruiting.
