GitHub account deletion bug hit 12,285 managed users

GitHub's October 23 report says some Enterprise Managed User accounts were deleted instead of suspended and obfuscated between June 1 and June 13. About 12,285 accounts were affected; the faulty deprovisioning path was disabled on June 13 and records were restored in October.
