MSI Safeguard+ PSU caught a dead pin on an RTX 5090 before the connector melted

A Redditor who received a replacement RTX 5090 from MSI saw no errors, but monitoring through MSI's AI1300TS power supply with Safeguard+ showed pin 2 of the 12V-2x6 connector carrying no current. Swapping cables and ports didn't help; the connector on the card sat slightly lifted off the PCB, pointing to a manufacturing defect. The card is headed for another RMA.
