Apollo: outside tech, AI has delivered no financial payoff to US companies

Apollo Global Management chief economist Torsten Slok said AI has delivered zero financial payoff to corporate America outside the tech sector and is now viewed as a margin-hurting cost center. VC-backed firms, meanwhile, keep burning more tokens, he noted.
