AWS raises Capacity Blocks GPU prices 15%, up to 26.5% outside the US

From October 7, AWS raised hourly per-accelerator rates for EC2 Capacity Blocks for ML by 15% in the US and up to 26.5% in Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. A single rate now applies in every Region: P5 with H100 SXM costs $5.970/hr, P6-B300 $16.146/hr. In September, 15 posted GPU prices rose and none fell.

• P5 with H100 SXM rose from $5.191 to $5.970/hr in US Regions (+15%)
• P5 and P5en in Europe and Asia Pacific rose 26.5% under the flat rate
• P6-B300 now $16.146/hr, P6-B200 $14.208/hr
• In September 15 GPU list prices rose and none fell
