Used Chinese EV sales to EU buyers jump 280% year over year

Sales of pre-owned Chinese EVs to European customers grew 280% year over year to 7,900 units through September. Used cars avoid the tariffs of up to 45.3% on new BEVs and hybrid quotas, and sell about 40% below original MSRP on average.
