Mercedes-AMG unveils first in-house electric GT SUV

Mercedes-AMG has launched its first fully in-house SUV, the electric GT SUV on the 800-volt AMG.EA platform. The tri-motor GT 63 flagship produces 1,153 hp and hits 60 mph in 2.4 seconds, while 710-kW charging adds 386 km of WLTP range in 10 minutes. The entry GT 53 starts at €113,050, with the GT 63 expected to reach $260,000.
