Jaguar unveils Type 01 electric GT with 1,030 hp

Jaguar has revealed the Type 01, its flagship electric GT built on the Jaguar Electric Architecture (JEA). A tri-motor setup produces up to 1,030PS and 1,365Nm, enabling 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds, while a 118kWh battery delivers up to 400 miles of EPA range. Prices start at £130,000, with orders opening in early 2027 and first deliveries in the second half of that year.
