OpenAnolis builds Anolis OS 27 as agent-native, says agents write 95% of Alibaba Cloud code

The OpenAnolis community is developing Anolis OS 27 in an agent-native way, with AI agents handling package and patch selection, code review and backporting. Alibaba Cloud basic software head Ma Tao said 95% of his team's new code is now agent-generated, while the company's Agentic OS cuts token use by over 30% and triples sandbox deployment density.
