Dayforce to acquire Ribbon AI for AI-driven recruiting

HR software company Dayforce has agreed to acquire Toronto-based Ribbon AI, whose platform conducts screening interviews using a generated voice. Ribbon's technology will be integrated into Dayforce's agentic recruiting experience; the purchase price and closing timeline were not disclosed.
