Unit4 acquires Napta for AI-driven resource and skills planning

Professional services ERP vendor Unit4 has acquired Paris-based Napta, a resource management and skills intelligence platform. The deal adds over 100 customers across France, the DACH region and the UK, and marks Unit4's first acquisition under CEO Simon Paris.
