Garmin Connect IQ 9.3 gives third-party apps microphone and speaker access

Garmin's Connect IQ 9.3 update lets third-party apps use the microphone and speaker on supported smartwatches for the first time. Compatible models include the Fenix 8 and 9 series, Forerunner 570 and 970, Venu 4 and X1, and Approach S72. Recording only works while an app is active and with user permission.
