Garmin Forerunner 970 ranks fourth in Apple Watch Ultra 4 heart rate study

An internal Apple study placed Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 first for heart rate accuracy, ahead of Garmin, Pixel Watch and WHOOP. The Polar H10 chest strap served as reference; tests included HIIT and daily activity; Garmin Forerunner 970 placed only fourth.
