Google releases MCP Toolbox Java SDK 1.0 for AI agents

Google Cloud announced version 1.0 of its MCP Toolbox Java SDK: an AI agent accesses a database only through a narrow set of named tools, while queries, authentication and sensitive parameters stay server-side. The SDK requires Java 17+ and supports asynchronous calls and CredentialsProvider.
