HumanTronik acquires consultancy CloudMoyo to push 'human language models'

HumanTronik, an AI startup co-founded by Icertis co-founder Monish Darda, has acquired Bellevue-based tech services firm CloudMoyo. Financial terms were not disclosed; CloudMoyo keeps its name and contracts, and its 300+ consultants will sell and deploy HumanTronik's AI agents under a 'Service as Software' model.
