Infineon acquires C2i Semiconductors for AI power push
Infineon Technologies has completed its acquisition of Bengaluru-based C2i Semiconductors, adding digital power control technology for AI data centers and HPC. The C2i engineering team joins Infineon's Power Systems division, expanding its R&D presence in India, where it employs around 2,800 people. Financial terms were not disclosed.
