AMD FSR 4.1.2 runs on Intel Arc XMX cores with hardware acceleration

The OptiScaler modding community has adapted AMD's FSR 4.1.2 upscaling models to run on Intel Arc GPUs using XMX hardware acceleration. In tests, FSR 4.1.2 Lite on an Arc A770 hit 101.5 FPS versus 101.1 for XeSS SR in The Witcher 3 at 0.75 ms versus 0.84 ms upscaling time, with testers reporting better image quality than XeSS.
