Half of stack migrations in 2026 are written by AI agents
An analysis of 7,302 shipped products and GitHub pull requests found the share of migration PRs opened by coding agents rose from 11% in H1 2025 to 48% in H1 2026. Migration PR volume grew 11x, from 253 to 2,838. Among 2026 launches, Resend is used by 82%, Supabase by 64% and PostHog by 88%.
