Tesla rolls out FSD v14.3.12 with 20% faster reaction time

Tesla is releasing Full Self-Driving (Supervised) v14.3.12 (software 2026.38.5.5). An AI compiler and runtime rewritten with MLIR cut reaction time by 20%, while parking, driver monitoring and rare-scenario handling were improved; new SLOTH and MAD MAX speed profiles arrive.
