Soluna and Applied Digital to build 50MW data center in Texas

Soluna and Applied Digital will form a joint venture to develop a 50MW data center at Soluna's Dorothy 3 site in Briscoe County, Texas. Applied will hold 51% and Soluna 49%, with the site potentially reaching 300MW at full build-out. Applied's AI cloud spin-out ChronoScale signed a non-binding letter of intent to lease the capacity.
