Harness launches AI Budgets for cost management

Harness introduced AI Budgets within its Cost Management Agent, letting organizations set spending limits by team, developer, model or project. Users get a warning at 90% of budget and lose access above 100% until the weekly reset or an approved increase. In its own test, Harness cut average weekly AI spend per developer from $184 to $115.
