Microsoft fixes broken copy and paste for Excel 2016 users

Microsoft released update KB5002655 to fix copy and paste failures in Excel caused by the September security patch KB5002914. The fix applies only to the MSI version of Office 2016; other Excel versions await a permanent solution.
