Hyundai Mobis builds 53-company Korean auto chip alliance

Hyundai Mobis held its second Auto Semicon Korea forum, growing participation from 27 to 53 companies and institutions. Over the past year it identified 19 joint system-chip projects, with 13 in development and 9 already assigned to target models. The company produces 16 in-house system semiconductor types at about 20 million units a year.
