Google preps screen flash for Pixel face unlock in the dark

Code in Android 17 QPR 3 Beta 1 reveals a Pixel feature called Face Active Illumination that brightens the display to help face unlock in dark environments. Users will be able to adjust the brightness level and set when the feature activates.
