UBS: Big Tech AI spending to top $1 trillion in 2027
UBS expects AI infrastructure capex by major tech companies to exceed $600 billion in 2026 and cross $1 trillion in 2027 as compute demand outpaces supply. AI investment contributed about 0.75 percentage points to US GDP growth in the first half of 2026.
