Starlink and FPT deploy 10 satellite internet terminals on Vietnam islands

Starlink and Vietnamese operator FPT installed 10 satellite internet terminals on Cat Hai and Bach Long Vi islands near Haiphong. The terminals provide backup communications for emergencies and support local digital development. Starlink is the first foreign operator approved in Vietnam, with a five-year license and a 600,000-terminal cap.
