Samsung Electro-Mechanics signs memory substrate deals worth KRW4.3T

Samsung Electro-Mechanics (SEMCO) has signed a long-term supply agreement worth KRW360.487 billion (about US$260 million) with a major global company for memory packaging substrates. Shipments are set to begin in 2027, bringing its total long-term contracts to KRW4.3 trillion.
