Teamgroup unveils 128GB CQDIMM DDR5 module for AI workloads

Teamgroup has introduced a 128GB DDR5 CQDIMM desktop module aimed at AI creators, running at 8,000 MT/s at 1.1V without overclocking. Two modules provide 256GB, but compatibility is limited to Intel Z890 platforms with a two-slot configuration. Pricing and availability were not announced.
