Accenture caps Claude spending at $29 per employee per month

Accenture now centrally funds $29 per employee per month for Claude Enterprise, effective October 1, 2026, with any overage billed to a specific project budget. Developers running Claude Code heavily were burning $500–1,000 a month, 17–34x the new allowance.
