Tesla rolls out FSD v14.3.13 and FSD v14.3 Lite with 20% faster reaction

Tesla is shipping update 2026.38.5.10 with FSD v14.3.13 and FSD v14.3 Lite for HW3 vehicles. The AI compiler and runtime were rewritten with MLIR for 20% faster reaction time, alongside Automatic Collision Evasion and a Halloween Mode.
