ServiceNow: 88% of UK firms hit by AI agent security incidents

ServiceNow's survey of 300 UK tech and security leaders found 88% had an agentic security incident in the past year, yet only 44% contained it within 24 hours. 82% already run agents interacting with operational technology, and 75% reported incidents involving OT or physical systems.
