OWASP BLT lost 50+ GitHub repos and moved to its own ForkMesh forge

OWASP BLT lost access to its GitHub organization with over 50 repositories after applying an org-wide ruleset that coincided with a global GitHub outage. With no clear answer from GitHub support, the team moved to GitLab and later to a community-built self-hosted forge, ForkMesh, making GitHub a read-only mirror.
