Chery unveils Ziwei in-house chips: C100, S1500 SiC and M-series

Chery has shown its first family of self-developed Ziwei chips: the C100 central computer, the S1500 silicon-carbide power chip and M-series control MCUs. A two-chip C100 setup delivers 1000K DMIPS and 2400 TOPS per vehicle, while the S1500 is rated for 1500V and up to 1450A.
