Manga pirates use 158 TLDs and domain hopping, publishers say

At ICANN's Bali meeting, JPMAC lawyer Tatsuo Ninoseki said pirate manga sites register domains across 158 TLDs and switch every 15 days. Publishers lose $17 billion a year and want stricter verification of domain registrants.
