Lab-grown brain organoids learn to read Braille

University of Bristol researchers fed tactile Braille signals into lab-grown forebrain organoids on microelectrode arrays. A single organoid identified letters with 61% accuracy, and three combined reached 83%. Cortical Labs separately used neuron firing rates to steer a robot dog.
