Cysic blacklisted address in 76 minutes, but 7.2M CYS already moved

Cysic Foundation blacklisted the address that received an unauthorized mint of 10 million CYS on BNB Smart Chain 76 minutes after the Oct. 17, 2026 incident. About 2.8 million tokens remained frozen, while 7.2 million had already been moved; the bridge is offline indefinitely.
