Greece bill mandates age-token checks for adults on social media

Greece's parliament is set to vote on a bill barring under-15s from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and requiring every adult to link accounts to a government age token via the KidsWallet app. The plenary vote is Wednesday, October 22, with the law taking effect January 1, 2027.
