2,000 AI agents ported Prime Agent from TypeScript to Rust in two weeks

Prime Intellect rewrote its coding agent Prime Agent from TypeScript to Rust using over 2,000 agents across 10,000+ sandboxes, burning more than 200 billion GLM-5.3 tokens in two weeks. Every merge had to pass a parity check that diffs terminal frames against the TypeScript binary. Cold start fell from 736.1 ms to 51.9 ms after the port and three days of optimization.
