NiCE says AI ARR up 52% a year after Cognigy acquisition

At its analyst summit, NiCE CEO Scott Russell said the Cognigy deal turned the company into an AI platform built on its CCaaS stack. AI ARR grew 52% year over year and API volume rose 7.5x in two years, while overall revenue grows slower due to legacy businesses.
