EU Opens Tender for Three-Year European AI Observatory

The European Commission has opened a tender to build and run a European AI Observatory for three years under its Apply AI Strategy. The contractor will create a monitoring framework with KPIs, sector reports and a website with dashboards; submissions close on 3 November 2026.
