EU points to eDelivery as model for open-source sovereignty push

On September 18 the European Commission told Europe's eDelivery community to look at the new EU Open Source Strategy, citing eDelivery as an example of infrastructure built on open specifications. The Commission has committed €2 million annually for 2026 and 2027, and its dashboard tracks 98 initiatives, including 77 pan-European ones.
