NVIDIA App 11.0.9.565 ships local MCP server enabled by default

NVIDIA App 11.0.9.565, released October 13, includes a local MCP server on 127.0.0.1:13508 with 12 tools: six read-only and six that change the machine, including video capture, app launching, game optimization profiles and laptop power modes. The "Allow AI agents to control NVIDIA App" toggle is on by default after updating, with no per-action authorization layer.
