Telus asks CRTC to allow four-year phone financing plans

Telus has asked Canada's CRTC to let carriers finance phones, including the iPhone, for longer than two years, with a four-year option. The request was filed in August as part of the regulator's review of consumer protection codes including the Wireless Code.
