Immersive Third-Person Mod 2.0.0 Makes Cyberpunk 2077 Playable in Third Person

Modder CybrDrake released version 2.0.0 of the Immersive Third-Person Mod for Cyberpunk 2077 on Nexus Mods. It adds a full third-person view with separate animation sets for male and female V, auto-vault while sprinting, NPC head tracking and English lip-syncing, despite CD Projekt Red's stance that the game wouldn't work in third person.
