Google Workspace to block AI agents without OAuth flag on Nov 11

Starting November 11, 2026, Google Workspace MCP servers will reject OAuth clients not marked with the "Use this client for an AI-powered agent" flag. On November 12 the is_agentic setting locks permanently, forcing late adopters to create a new Client ID.
