DHS sets fast-track schedule for network, cloud and cyber consolidation vehicle

The Department of Homeland Security published the procurement schedule for the NOSC Network, Cloud, and Cyber Services 2.0 contract. The final request for proposals is planned for October 1, with transition to phase two on October 9. The contract will consolidate fragmented IT services across DHS headquarters and components, including agentic AI for automation.
