OutSystems: 82% of enterprises confident in AI agent governance, only 26% ready for conflicts

New OutSystems research with CIO Dive and KPMG, surveying over 850 IT decision-makers, found a gap between confidence and readiness in AI agent governance: 82% believe they can keep pace with governing agents, but only 26% are well prepared to resolve conflicts across agents and systems. Just 5% have automated controls, audit trails and formal human review points.
