US court to decide if AI character Tung Tung Tung Sahur gets copyright

Do Big Studios, maker of the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot, sued French agency Mementum in a California federal court over the AI-generated character Tung Tung Tung Sahur. The case will test whether seven prompts in OpenAI's image generator count as enough human input for copyright protection.
