ZoomEye finds 78,092 Consul fingerprints and 1.7M answers on port 8500

A ZoomEye scan dated September 27, 2026 matched 78,092 services with the Consul fingerprint and 1,712,520 responses on port 8500. Consul's HTTP API answers without authentication by default unless the ACL system is enabled, exposing the service catalogue and allowing configuration changes via the key-value store.
